Passed Appetizers:
Lollipop Lamb chops
Wild Mushroom or Smoked Trout Crostini
Toasted Brioche Rounds with Creme Fraiche and Caviar
Gruyere & Walnut Gougeres

Starter:
Crispy Brie cheese with poached pear & basil pesto.

Fish:
Grilled Lobster Tail with Crab Risotto


Main:

Oven roasted beef  with Cognac Butter, Asiago potato stacks, and fresh vegetable

Salad:
Boston Bibb salad with Dijon vinaigrette, crispy apple, smoked blue cheese, and spicy walnuts.
 

Dessert:
Double Chocolate Raspberry Trifle
