Soups

Chilled Michigan Cucumber Dill Soup or Chilled Michigan Cream of Strawberry

(Available by the cup, bowl or pint)

 

Starter

Stacked Caprese Salad $10 - Michigan Tomatoes, Michigan Basil layered with fresh mozzerella and drizzled with balsamic reduction.


Entrees

Strawberry BBQ Baby Back Ribs $18 ½ rack / $24 full rack - Grilled and braised pork ribs with Michigan strawberry BBQ sauce.

 BBQ Brisket $22 Locally raised beef brisket topped with Michigan strawberry BBQ sauce.

BBQ Breast of Chicken $18 Boneless, skinless breast of chicken topped with Michigan strawberry BBQ sauce. 

Grilled Herbed Zucchini $17 Served over sauteed corn and onions served with coleslaw and potato salad.


All entrees served with a side of coleslaw, Michigan potato salad and fresh quick pickled Michigan cucumbers and onions.
